최근 창업과 기술 혁신에 대한 관심이 급증하면서 이와 관련된 연구가 점차 증가하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 분야는 정책 및 환경 등 다양한 영향 요인들로 인해 빠르게 변화하기에 창업 트렌드를 종합적으로 분석한 연구는 여전히 미미하다. 이에 본 연구는 경상남도 지역에서 활동하는 예비창업자 및 창업기업의 사업 계획서를 통해 창업 트렌드를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구는 텍스트 마이닝을 바탕으로 키워드 분석 및 토픽 모델링을 통해 사업계획서 내 자주 등장하는 키워드를 추출하고 주요 주제를 특정하였다. 분석결과, 건강, 마케팅, AI, 환경 지속가능성이 중심 주제로 나타났으며, 이는 4차 산업혁명과 디지털 전환이라는 창업 트렌드를 나타낸 것으로 보인다. 특히, 2024년에는 AI의 중요성이 약 25% 증가하여, 다양한 산업에서 그 중요성과 적용이 커지고 있음을 보였다. 또한, '환경' 및 '친환경' 관련 주제는 약 18% 상승하여 환경보호 및 지속가능경영의 중요성이 증가하고 있음을 나타냈다. 이를 통해 경상남도 지역 창업 생태계의 특성을 파악하고, 창업 트렌드에 대한 연구를 확장하고, 창업지원 프로그램의 효과적인 운영을 위한 기초 데이터를 제공하였다. 본 연구는 현재 창업 생태계 및 기술 트렌드에 부합하는 맞춤형 창업 지원 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 시사점을 정책 입안자와 지원 기관에 제공한다.
With the recent surge in interest in startups and technological innovation, related research has been increasingly growing. However, due to the rapidly changing nature of this field influenced by factors such as policy and environment, comprehensive analyses of startup trends remain limited. This study aims to analyze startup trends by examining the business plans of prospective entrepreneurs and startup companies operating in the Gyeongnam region. Based on text mining, the study extracted frequently appearing keywords and identified major topics within the business plans through keyword analysis and topic modeling. The analysis results revealed that health, marketing, AI, and environmental sustainability emerged as central themes, reflecting startup trends driven by the Fourth Industrial Revolution and digital transformation. Notably, in 2024, the significance of AI increased by approximately 25%, indicating its growing importance and application across various industries. Additionally, topics related to 'environment' and 'eco-friendliness' rose by about 18%, highlighting the increasing importance of environmental protection and sustainable management. Through this, the study identified the characteristics of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Gyeongnam region, expanded research on startup trends, and provided foundational data for the effective operation of startup support programs. This study offers insights for policymakers and support organizations to develop tailored startup support programs that align with the current entrepreneurial ecosystem and technological trends.
