이 연구는 정다운학교에서 통합학급 협력수업을 지원하는 특수교사들의 지원 역할에 대한 우선순위 및 요구도를 알아보기 위함이다. 40부의 설문 응답지를 바탕으로 SPSS Ver-26.0을 활용하여 대응표본 t-검정과 Borich 요구도 분석결과를 비교하며 우선순위를 선정하였다. 다음으로, Excell과 SPSS Ver-26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 TLfF Model 4사분면 분석 결과 중 1사 분면 결과와 Borich요구도 우선순위 분석 결과를 비교하여 최우선적으로 지원해야 할 요구도를 도출하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육과정적 지원 역할은 교사 간 협력수업 지원 역할을 통한 교수적 수정 지원을 우선적으로 지원해야 한다. 둘째, 사회적 관계 지원역할은 긍정적 행동 지원을 통한 사회적 상호작용 향상을 위한 지원을 우선적으로 지원 해야한다. 셋째, 협력교사의 자원 연계 지원 역할은 진로 및 직업교육에 대한 정보제공 지원 역할과, 지역사회 자원과의 연계 지원 방안에 대해 우선적으로 지원 해야 한다. 본 연구는 정다운 학교에서 통합학급 통합수업을 지원하는 협력교사들이 무엇을 어떻게 어떤 내용을 지원해야 하는지에 대한 방향성을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study aims to find out the priority and needs of the support roles of special education teachers who support inclusive class cooperative classes at Jeongdaun School. Based on the 40 questionnaire responses, the priorities were selected by comparing the paired sample t-test and Borich needs analysis results using SPSS Ver-26.0. Next, the Excell and SPSS Ver-26.0 programs were used to compare the results of the first quadrant analysis of the TLfF Model four-quadrant analysis and the Borich needs priority analysis results to derive the needs that should be supported with the highest priority. The results of the study are as follows. First, the role of curriculum support should be given priority in supporting teaching modifications through the role of supporting cooperative classes between teachers. Second, the role of social relationship support should be given priority in supporting the enhancement of social interaction through positive behavior support. Third, the role of resource linkage support of cooperative teachers should be given priority in supporting the role of providing information on career and vocational education and supporting the linkage with community resources. This study is significant in that it presents a direction for what, how, and what content should be supported by cooperating teachers supporting integrated classes in inclusive classes at Jeongdaun School.
