이 연구는 국내의 국세, 지방세 체납액 징수를 위해 시행하고 있는 온비드(Onbid) 공매의 낙찰정보와 거시경제변수 가 낙찰가율에 미치는 영향에 대해 카이제곱 검정, 일원 분산분석, 다중회귀분석을 통해 요인별 원인을 분석하였다. 최 근 10년간 체납압류재산 낙찰정보의 반복 횡단면 데이터를 이용하여 낙찰정보 요인(용도별, 지역별, 입찰참가자수, 성 별, 연령, 면적별 등) 및 거시경제변수(대출금리, 부동산 소비심리지수)가 부동산 낙찰가율에 영향을 미치는 유의미한 원인을 분석하였고, 이는 낙찰가율 제고를 위한 전략 수립에 시사점을 제공한다.

This study investigated the relationship between successful bid information and macroeconomic variables that affect the winning bid rate of Onbid public auction, which implements domestic national and local tax arrears collection procedures, through chi-square test, one-way ANOVA analysis, and multiple regression analysis. We attempted to analyze the correlation with and analyze the causes of each factor. Using repeated cross-sectional data on successful bid information on delinquent seized property over the past 10 years, we used the ratio of successful bid price and successful bid information factors (by use, region, number of bidders, gender, age, area, etc.) and macroeconomic variables such as loan interest rate and real estate consumption sentiment index. By performing a statistical test, we analyze the significant impact on the real estate winning bid rate and provide implications for the direction of establishing strategies to improve the winning bid price rate.
