This study conducted a semantic network analysis to examine the changes in perception of Travel-tech in the tourism industry following the COVID-19 pandemic. The research analyzed 5,590 documents collected from Naver and Daum portals from January 2020 to November 2024 using text mining and CONCOR analysis. The analysis revealed 6 key issues related to Travel-tech. The study presented academic implications highlighting the need for research on consumer perceptions and issues related to Travel-tech the Tourism 4.0 era, the expansion of big data and network analysis, and the importance of strengthening research on Travel-tech-based regional tourism and public-private cooperation. Practical implications included the need to strengthen the connection between Travel-tech and user experience, develop global strategies for tourism companies, and support startups and venture companies. This study academically examined the digital innovation and ecosystem changes in the tourism industry while providing practical implications for developing strategies and marketing plans for tourism companies.
