The study was conducted to empirically analyze the impact of the in-room order system, which is rapidly spreading in the hotel industry, on customer satisfaction and revisit intention. As the importance of the in-room order system is increasingly highlighted due to the development of digital technology and the increase in demand for non-face-to-face services due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the results of this study are expected to provide important implications for establishing digital transformation strategies in the hotel industry.
