当前, 中国数字经济蓬勃发展, 已成为拉动经济增长的重要力量。但中国各区域之间发展差异明显, 数字鸿沟问题不容忽视。本文利用2014-2022年中国30个省份的相关数据, 首先构建数字经济发展指标体系, 利用熵值法计算了2014-2022年中国省域数字经济发展水平;其次, 运用固定效应模型分析了数字经济与中国经济增长之间的实证关系。
分析结果显示, (1)中国数字经济发展水平在时间序列上呈总体上升趋势, 但横向上存在明显的维度差异和区域差异。维度差异方面, 数字产业发展对数字经济发展水平影响最大;而区域差异则表现出东高西低的特征。(2)中国数字经济对经济增长具有显著的正向促进作用, 与稳健性检验和内生性分析模型的结果保持一致。但该影响存在区域异质性, 即呈现出明显的自东向西阶梯式分布。
At present, China’s digital economy is booming and has become an important force driving economic growth. However, there are obvious development differences between regions in China, and the digital divide problem cannot be ignored. This paper uses relevant data from 30 provinces in China from 2014 to 2022. First, it constructs a digital economy development index system and calculates the level of digital economy development in China’s provinces from 2014 to 2022 using the entropy method; secondly, it uses a fixed effect model to analyze the empirical relationship between the digital economy and China’s economic growth.
The analysis results show that (1) China’s digital economy development level shows an overall upward trend in the time series, but there are obvious dimensional differences and regional differences in the horizontal direction. In terms of dimensional differences, the development of digital industries has the greatest impact on the level of digital economy development; while regional differences show the characteristics of high in the east and low in the west. (2) China’s digital economy has a significant positive promoting effect on economic growth, which is consistent with the results of the robustness test and the endogenous analysis model. However, this impact has regional heterogeneity, that is, it shows an obvious step-by-step distribution from east to west.
