This study examines the quality management field evaluations of environmental testing and inspection institutions, which occur every three years. It focuses on the nonconformity rates in three areas: air, water quality, and drinking water. In atmospheric testing, the nonconformity rate for recording and managing equipment use was 55%. In water quality testing, the rate for properly recording and managing sample collection stood at 33%. Furthermore, in drinking water testing, the nonconformity rate for preventing contamination during sample transportation and pretreatment reached 40%. The findings indicate that effective record management is crucial for addressing the common nonconformities across these fields.
