연구목적 이 연구는 딥페이크 기술을 악용한 범죄에 대한 제도적인 대응방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법 이 연구는 딥페이크 관련 최근 사례와 문헌 자료를 바탕으로 딥페이크 범죄에 대한 법적 대응, 탐지 기술의 발전, 정책적 제언을 제시하였다. 결과 딥페이크 관련 범죄를 예방하기 위해서는 법적 제도의 강화, 딥페이크 탐지 기술의 고도화, 그리고 시민들의 인식 개선이 필수적이다. 또한, 딥페이크 범죄 피해자를 위한 신속한 지원이 이루어질 수 있는 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 결론 딥페이크 범죄의 확산을 막기 위해서는 법제도적, 기술적, 정책적 대응 등 다양한 정책적 접근이 필요하다.

PURPOSE The purpose of this study is to propose institutional countermeasures against crimes exploiting deepfake technology. METHOD This study presents legal responses, advancements in deepfake detection technology, and policy recommendations based on recent cases and literature on deepfake-related crimes. RESULT To prevent deepfake-related crimes, it is essential to strengthen legal frameworks, enhance deepfake detection technologies, and improve public awareness. Additionally, a system must be established to provide rapid support for victims of deepfake crimes. CONCLUSION. A comprehensive approach is required to curb the spread of deepfake crimes, including legal, technological, and policy-based measures.
