数字普惠金融对东北三省城镇居民消费水平的影响研究

近年来, 居民消费己经成为了促进中国经济发展的第一大引擎, 而中国城乡居民消费率相对国家水平仍然较低, 提高居民消费、扩大内需才是中国现阶段实现国民经济持续增长的关键策略。数字代普惠金融服务已经成为为当前在全球特别是中国金融业蓬勃发展的新兴领域。随着数字技术和互联网的发展, 数字普惠金融也在不断的发展壮大, 为消费者消费提供了新的动力。数字普惠金融能增加居民消费需求, 新发展阶段数字普惠金融是更加便利的金融服务, 它能借助大数据的便利性对大量复杂数据进行处理与分析, 精准把握市场中消费者的需求, 敏锐的抓住市场消费新方向, 这对促进居民消费显得尤为重要。数字普惠金融可以积极作用于城镇居民消费的提升, 具体来看数字普惠金融的使用深度、数字化程度和覆盖广度的提高均有利于提升城镇居民消费水平。近年来, 东北三省正在加快建设区域性金融中心, 数字金融新业态、新机遇能够为推动东北亚地区金融合作提档升级、赋能东北全面振兴提供新动力。当前, 东北三省发展数字金融的挑战和机遇并存。随着数字技术的快速发展, 数字普惠金融成为了东北三省获取金融服务的重要途径。本文基于2011-2021年东北三省36个地级市的面板数据及北京大学数字普惠金融指数, 运用中介效应模型和门槛效应模型检验数字普惠金融对城镇居民消费水平的影响情况。研究表明, 数字惠普金融对东北三省城镇居民消费水平产生了影响, 数字金融发展可以通过提升居民收入水平提高居民消费水平。数字普惠金融对东北三省城镇居民消费水平具有积极显著影响, 促进城镇居民消费增长, 并且在三个省份城镇居民之间存在异质性, 以更好的实现东北三省数字普惠金融的健康可持续发展, 发挥其对城镇居民消费水平的促进作用。

In recent years, consumption has become the first major engine to promote China’s economic development, while China’s urban and rural consumption rate is still relatively low compared to the national level, to improve consumption and expand domestic demand is China’s current stage of the realization of the national economy to achieve sustained growth of the key strategy. The digital generation of inclusive financial services has become an emerging field for the global financial industry, especially in China. With the development of digital technology and the Internet, digital inclusive finance is also growing, providing a new impetus for consumer spending. Digital inclusive finance can increase residents’ consumption demand, the new development stage of digital inclusive finance is a more convenient financial service, it can process and analyze a large amount of complex data with the convenience of big data, accurately grasp the needs of consumers in the market, and keenly grasp the new direction of consumption in the market, which is particularly important for promoting residents’ consumption. Digital financial inclusion can play an active role in the enhancement of urban residents’ consumption, specifically, the depth of use of digital financial inclusion, the degree of digitization and the increase in the breadth of coverage are conducive to the enhancement of urban residents’ consumption level. In recent years, the three northeastern provinces are accelerating the construction of regional financial centers, digital finance, new forms of new opportunities to promote the upgrading of financial cooperation in Northeast Asia, empowering the comprehensive revitalization of the Northeast to provide new momentum. At present, the development of digital finance in the three northeastern provinces has both challenges and opportunities. With the rapid development of digital technology, digital inclusive finance has become an important way to access financial services in the three northeastern provinces. Based on the panel data of 36 prefecture-level cities in the three northeastern provinces and Peking University’s digital financial inclusion index from 2011 to 2021, this paper applies the mediation effect model and the threshold effect model to test the impact of digital financial inclusion on the consumption level of urban residents. The study shows that digital inclusive finance has an impact on the consumption level of urban residents in the three northeastern provinces, and the development of digital finance can increase the consumption level of residents by raising their income level. Digital inclusive finance has a positive and significant impact on the consumption level of urban residents in the three northeastern provinces, promotes the growth of urban residents’ consumption, and there is heterogeneity among urban residents in the three provinces, in order to better realize the healthy and sustainable development of digital inclusive finance in the three northeastern provinces, and to play the role of its promotion of the consumption level of urban residents.
