본 연구는 대학생의 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 진로미결정과의 관계에서 경험회피 및 마음챙김의 이중매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 331명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움은 진로미결정, 경험회피와는 정적 상관이, 마음챙김과는 부적 상관이 나타났다. 이는 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움이 높을수록 진로미결정, 경험회피의 수준이 높게 나타나고 마음챙김의 수준은 낮아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 매개효과 검증 결과 경험회피와 마음챙김은 대학생의 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 진로미결정의 관계에서 부분 매개효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 경험회피와 마음챙김은 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 진로미결정과의 관계에서 순차적으로 매개하는 효과가 검증되었다. 이와 같은 본 연구의 결과는 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움을 갖는 대학생들의 진로미결정에 대한 이해를 하는데 도움이 될 것이며, 대학생들을 위한 진로지도에 있어 기초적인 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 끝으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점과 후속 연구를 위한 시사점을 논의하였다.

This study aims to verify the mediating effects of experiential avoidance and mindfulness in a relationship between fear of negative evaluation and the career decision of college students. A survey was conducted with 331 participants, and the main results are as follows. First, fear of negative evaluation showed a positive correlation with career indecision and experiential avoidance and a negative correlation with mindfulness. This indicates that a higher fear of negative evaluation is associated with higher levels of career indecision and experiential avoidance, and lower levels of mindfulness. Second, the mediation analysis revealed that experiential avoidance and mindfulness partially mediated the relationship between fear of negative evaluation and career indecision among college students. Third, this study found that mindfulness had partially mediating effects on the relationship between fear of negative evaluation and career indecision. These findings will help in understanding the career indecision of college students who have a fear of negative evaluation and can provide basic data for career guidance for college students. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study and suggestions for future research were discussed.
