본 연구는 심리상담자의 마음챙김, 역전이 관리능력, 작업동맹 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구대상은 전국의 성인 대상 상담자 311명이며, 마음챙김 척도, 역전이 관리능력 척도, 작업동맹 척도, 사회적 지지 척도를 사용하여 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0과 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 사용해 분석하였고, 매개효과와 조절효과를 포함하는 조절된 매개모형을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 심리상담자의 마음챙김, 역전이 관리능력, 작업동맹, 사회적 지지 간에는 모두 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다. 또한 마음챙김과 작업동맹의 관계에서 사회적 지지에 의해 조절된 역전이 관리능력의 매개효과가 나타났다. 이 연구는 심리상담자의 마음챙김 수준, 역전이 관리능력, 사회적 지지가 긍정적인 작업동맹 형성에 중요함을 확인하였다.

This study aims to examine the moderated mediation effect of social support on the relationship between mindfulness, countertransference management, and the working alliance among Counselors. The study surveyed 311 adult counselors nationwide using scales for mindfulness, countertransference management, the working alliance, and social support. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro, sequentially verifying mediation, moderation, and moderated mediation effects with bootstrapping to ensure significance. The results are summarized as follows: First, significant correlations were found among mindfulness, countertransference management, the working alliance, and social support. Mindfulness positively correlated with the working alliance, countertransference management, and social support. Second, countertransference management showed a significant partial mediation effect on the relationship between mindfulness and the working alliance. Third, social support significantly moderated the relationship between mindfulness and countertransference management. Lastly, the moderated mediation effect of social support on the path from mindfulness through countertransference management to working alliance was confirmed across low, average, and high levels of social support.
