본 연구는 지역아동센터의 종사자 전문직업적 정체성이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향관계와 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 중심으로 검증하였으며, 지역아동센터 종사자의 전문직업적 정체성을 높여 전문적이고 긍정적인 자세로 직무수행의 서비스 질을 향상시켜서 서비스제공을 받는 수혜자에게 수준 높은 서비스를 제공, 지원하고 종사자의 전문성을 향상시키는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 응답자의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 변인의 차이를 살펴보면, 성별에 따른 지역아동센터 종사자의 전문직업적 정체성, 서비스 질, 사회적 지지의 차이를 살펴볼 때 사회적 지지와 서비스 질의 차이가 여자는 남자보다 높은 인식을 하고 있고 연령과 학력이 높을수록 모두 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 지역아동센터 종사자의 전문직업적 정체성의 소명의식, 전문조직활용, 자율성 순으로 서비스 질에 정(+)적 영향으로 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지역아동센터 종사자의 전문직업적 정체성의 소명의식, 자율성, 전문조직활용 순으로 사회적 지지에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지역아동센터 종사자의 사회적 지지의 조직 내 상사와 동료의 지지, 가족의 지지가 서비스 질에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 지역아동센터 종사자의 전문직업적 정체성이 사회적 지지의 매개역할로 인하여 서비스 질에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과에서 지역아동센터 종사자의 전문직업적 정체성이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향을 분석하였고, 사회적 지지의 매개로 한 아동서비스 질에 미치는 영향을 검증하여, 지역아동센터 종사자의 전문직업적 정체성이 아동복지서비스 질에 영향을 주는 중요한 요인이 되는 것을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to provide and support high-quality services to beneficiaries who receive services by enhancing the professional identity of workers in community child care centers and improving the quality of service in job performance with a professional and positive attitude. The results of this study are as follows. First, when looking at the differences in variables according to the demographic characteristics of respondents, the differences in professional identity, service quality, and social support of local children's center workers according to gender, the differences in social support and service quality were higher in women than men, and the higher the age and education level, the more influenced both. Second, it was found that the professional identity of local children's center workers had a positive (+) effect on service quality in the order of vocation, use of professional organizations, and autonomy. Third, it was found that the vocational sense, autonomy, and use of professional organizations of local children's center workers had a positive (+) effect on social support in the order of professional identity. Fourth, it was found that social support from local children's center workers had a positive (+) effect on service quality by supervisors and colleagues in the organization, and family support. Fifth, it was found that the professional identity of local children's center workers had a significant effect on service quality due to the mediating role of social support. From the above research results, the effect of professional identity of community child care center workers on service quality was analyzed, and the effect on child service quality through social support was verified.
