연구목적: 동양 인문고전의 진리가 담긴 문묘일무의 무무와 군자 리더십의 상관관계를 밝히는 것에 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 다수의 동양철학 문헌연구를 중심으로 한다. 연구결과: 군자는 ‘비전 공유’와 ‘목표 수립과 달성’의 차원에서 『대학』의 삼강령팔조목(三綱領八條目)을 통해 훌륭한 인격을 갖춘 리더로서 사람들과 마음을 합해 조화를 이루며 천하를 경영하는 리더십을 형성해 사회적 영향력을 확대해나간다. 그리고 『논어』의 ‘시(詩)-예(禮)-악(樂)’을 통한 인격완성과, ‘도(道)-덕(德)-인(仁)-예(藝)’를 통해 노니는 경지에 도달한 삶의 여정은 개인에서부터 전체에 이르기까지 천도(天道)를 행하며 천명(天命)울 실현하는 군자의 비전임을 밝혔다. 뛰어난 리더는 비전을 제시하고 전략적으로 목적을 달성한다. 무공(武功)을 기리는 악무(樂舞)인 무무(武舞)는 무왕의 비전인 ‘평화’와 ‘악한 세력의 타도’라는 목표를 실행하여 천하를 평정[平天下]하는 과정을 보여준다. 무무는 도끼를 휘두르거나 내려찍는 ‘공격’과 방패 뒤로 몸을 숨겨 ‘방어’하는 32개의 춤사위가 연결되어 있다. 무무 춤사위는 군자가 함양해야 할 인간의 도리와 리더십을 담았다. 왼손에는 방패를 들어 인(仁)으로써 자신을 지키고, 오른손에는 도끼를 들어 의(義)로써 적을 대하는 무무의 4세와 8세는 사단(四端)과 삼강오상(三綱五常)의 뜻을 실어나른다. 비록 전법을 행하는 무무일지라도, 그속에는 대의(大義)를 향한 군자 리더십이 깊이 존재한다는 것을 규명했다. 결론: 자신 스스로를 지키며 의롭게 처세하는 무무, 이 춤에 나타난 리더의 조건을 배우며 오늘의 군자 리더십을 몸소 체험할 수 있는 예술교육 환경이 구축되기를 바란다.
Purpose: The purpose of the study is to reveal the correlation between the Mumu of Munmyo Ilmu, which contains the truth of the Eastern humanities classics, and the leadership of a gentleman. Methods: It focuses on a number of Eastern philosophical literature studies. Result: The gentleman is a leader through the Three Doctrine and Eight Categories of『University』in the dimension of 'sharing the vision' and 'setting and achieving goals', forming leadership that manages the world, thereby influencing society. It has been confirmed that it will be expanded. And it was revealed that the completion of character through 'poetry-courtesy-art(樂)' in『Analects of Confucius』and the journey of life toward 'morality-benevolence-art' are the vision of a gentleman who realizes the divine order from the individual to the whole. Mumu shows the process of conquering the world by implementing King Mu’s vision of ‘peace’ and ‘overthrow of evil forces.’ The four and eight movements of Mumu are connected to the 32 dance moves of ‘attack’, such as swinging or slashing with an axe, and ‘defense’, by hiding behind a shield. The dance moves of holding an ax and a shield embody the basic principles and leadership that a gentleman must cultivate. The four and eight movements of Mumu, which involves protecting oneself with benevolence by holding a shield in the left hand and dealing with the enemy with courtesy by holding an ax in the right hand, convey the meaning of four sprouts and the Three Bonds and Five Relationships in Confucianism. Even though it is a martial arts practice, it has been established that the leadership of a gentleman for the greater good deeply exists within it. Conclusion: I hope to create an environment where one can personally experience the leadership of today's gentleman by learning the conditions of a leader shown in Mumu, who protects oneself and behaves righteously.
