연구목적: 본 연구는 전통춤의 기본에 대한 연구로, 전통춤 기본무로서 조흥동 입춤의 교육적 의미를 탐구하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 문헌연구방법으로, 조흥동류 입춤 관련 단행본과 학술연구정보서(RISS)와 한국학술정보원(KISS)의 학위논문 및 학술지를 취합, 내용분석하였다. 특히 조흥동류 입춤의 무보 분석 춤사위 용어를 참고하였다. 연구결과: 조흥동 입춤이 전통춤의 기본무로서 교육적 의미는 첫째, 좌·우의 짜임새가 기본춤으로 갖춰야 할 대칭이 맞는 춤사위로 연결되어 있다. 둘째, 발의 디딤새와 상체(양팔, 손목)의 움직임이 내재된 흥과 멋으로 장단을 타며 점차 고조되는 춤으로 구성되어 있다. 셋째, 신체의 올바른 균형과 마음을 바로잡아 머리끝부터 발끝까지의 기본기를 다지는 춤이다. 넷째, 관객에 대한 예의와 법도를 갖춤으로써 춤추는 이의 본분과 도리를 갖게 한다. 다섯째, 전통춤이자 독립적인 예술작품이다. 결론: 조흥동류 입춤의 교육적 의미 탐색을 통해 한국춤의 흐름을 올곧이 이어갈 무용가와 후학들에게 한국춤의 뿌리와 그 맥이 올바르게 정착되어 발전되기를 바란다.
Purpose: This study is a study on the basics of traditional dance and aims to explore the educational meaning of Cho Heung-dong's introductory dancing as a basic traditional dance. Methods: As a literature research method, books related to Cho Heung-dong's introductory dancing, academic research information book (RISS), academic thesis, and academic journals of the Korea Academic Information Service (KISS) were collected and analyzed. In particular, the term of dance move analysis of Cho Heung-dong's introductory dancing was referred to. Result: The educational meaning of Cho Heung-dong's introductory dancing is the basic dance of traditional dance, and the educational meaning is first connected to a dance that fits the symmetry of the left and right texture as a basic dance. Second, it consists of a dance that gradually escalates as you ride the beat with excitement and style inherent in the footsteps of your feet and the movement of your upper body (arms and wrists). Third, it is a dance that lays the foundation from head to toe by correcting the correct balance and mind of the body. Fourth, by having manners and laws toward the audience, the dancer has his duty and duty. Fifth, it is a traditional dance and an independent work of art. Conclusion: I hope that the roots and veins of Korean dance will be properly established and developed for dancers and juniors who will continue the flow of Korean dance through the search for the educational meaning of Cho Heung-dong-ryu's introductory dancing.
