In solving problems related to young people’s jobs, the participation of young generation to government policies is very important. Therefore, in this study, to derive factors that affect young people’s participation in job related policies, a questionnaire survey was conducted and 212 samples were analyzed. The results of empirical analysis showed that reliability, effectiveness, and satisfaction with participation in policies affected young people’s continuous participation in policies. Based on these results, measures to activate young people’s participation in solving problems related to the creation of young people’s jobs were suggested. This study triggered follow-up studies related to the creation of young people’s jobs. In addition the results of the present study can be utilized in planning and executing policies and administrations related to the problems of young people’s jobs.
