The research which sees about local transfer of the field administration office which is presented during that time from preceding studies attempted a Quantitative access about theoretical ground. We used an efficiency analysis about local transfer of field administration office that was propelled continuously from the generations government. Especially, the national highway where currently the region transfer is propelled from in rivers field etc. total 8 fields selected a field forest in the analytical object. And drew the analysis result by using survey and question examination through listening opinions of the corresponding agency staffs. We analyzed that when the field administration office transfers a local in the economic effect which is the possibility of appearing analyzed the curtailment effect which is forecast from business viewpoint and expense viewpoint. Analysis showed When transferring at local, there is considerable partial curtailment effect. The research which sees could be applied with ground data about the autonomy boot and integrated administration system construction of the local autonomous entity which is become an issue during that time. So from now on, this study expected to be use reference materials about local transfer propulsion policy of the field administration office.
