본 연구는 긍정심리학 관점을 적용한 진로 연구 동향을 분석하여 시사점과 향후 연구 방향을 제언하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2000년부터 2023년 5월까지 발간된 논문 중 최종 50편을 선정하여 발행시기, 발표지, 연구대상, 연구방법 및 내용, 자료 분석방법, 연구주제를 주제범위 문헌고찰 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 긍정심리학 관점을 적용한 진로 관련 연구는 2012년부터 본격적으로 시작되어 2015년부터 2019년까지 전체 연구의 74.0%가 이루어졌다. 둘째, 사회과학 분야가 84.0%였고, 그 중에서도 교육학, 심리과학, 기타 사회과학 분야 순으로 연구가 이루어졌다. 셋째, 학령기 대상 연구가 83.0%를 차지하였고, 대학생, 고등학생, 중학생, 초등학생 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구 방법은 조사연구(76.0%), 개발연구(20.0%), 문헌연구(4.0%) 순으로 나타났으며, 내용별로는 변인 간 관계, 프로그램 개발, 집단 간 비교 순으로 연구되었다. 자료 분석방법은 회귀분석계열, 다변인간 인과관계분석, 변량분석계열 순으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 진로적응에 대한 주제가 54.0%로 가장 높았고 이어서 프로그램 개발, 진로발달 순이었다. 본 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점과 향후 긍정심리학 관점을 적용한 진로 연구의 방향을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest implications and research directions by analyzing career research trends and applying a positive psychology perspective. To this end, 50 papers on career and positive psychology published from 2000 to May 2023 were finally selected. The scoping literature review method was applied to analyze the research period, published journal, research subject, research method and content, data analysis method, and research topic. As a result of the study, research related to positive psychology in careers began in earnest in 2012, and 74.0% of the total research was conducted from 2015 to 2019. Second, the social science field was 84.0%, and among them, the research was conducted in the order of education, psychological science, and other social science fields. Third, school-age studies accounted for 83.0%, followed by university students, high school students, middle school students, and elementary school students. Fourth, the research methods appeared in the order of survey research(76.0%), development research(20.0%), and literature research(4.0%). By content, the relationship between variables, program development, and comparison between groups was studied in order. The data analysis method was used in the order of regression analysis series, multivariate causal relationship analysis, and variable analysis series. Lastly, the topic of career adaptation was the highest at 54.0%, followed by program development and career development. Based on the results, implications and research directions were suggested.
