본 연구에서는 모레노 사회측정학의 개요와 수용현황, 문제점 그리고 SNS와의 관련성 속에서 사회측정학연구의 전망과 과제를 살펴보고자 한다. 국내 사회측정학 연구의 문제점은 사회측정학을 집단구조 분석을 위한 도구 혹은 개인 심리를 이해하기 위한 측정도구로만 사용했다는데 있다. 본 연구의 결론은 첫째, 모레노의 사회측정학은 현재 전 세계적으로 확산되고 있는 웹 기반 SNS시대의 선구적 작업이었다. 둘째, 조직 내의 인간들의 정서적 연결을 통한 적절한 배치를 통해 대인관계를 개선할 수 있다. 셋째, 사회측정학은 자발성과 창조성을 비롯한 모레노의 전체적인 사상과 철학, 즉 사이코드라마와 집단 심리치료와의 관계 속에서 통합적으로 연구되어야 한다. 사회측정학은 인간들의 정서적 연결과 상호 신뢰, 개성 존중의 평화 공동체를, SNS가 네트워크 연결, 지식과 정보의 공유를 통한 디지털 민주주의를 지향한다는 면에서 서로 공통점이 있다. 제언으로, 첫째 학교, 단체, 조직사회 등의 다양한 영역에서의 체계화된 사회측정학적 실험이 필요하다. 둘째, 정서적 연결선인텔레의 개념을 인간 사회와 문화 그리고 세계와 우주를 구성하고 있는 모든 요소와 영역으로 넓혀야 한다.

This study aims to examine the prospects and tasks of sociometry research in the outline, acceptance status, problems, and relationship with SNS of Moreno's sociometry studies. The conclusion of this study is, first, Moreno's sociometry was a pioneering work in the era of web-based SNS that is currently spreading worldwide. Second, interpersonal relationships can be improved through appropriate placement through emotional connection of humans within the organization. Third, sociometry should be studied in an integrated manner in the relationship between psychodrama and group psychotherapy. Sociometry has something in common with each other in that it aims for a peaceful community of human emotional connection, mutual trust, and respect for individuality, and that SNS aims for a digital democracy through network connection, knowledge and information sharing. As a suggestion, first, systematic sociometry experiments in various areas such as schools, organizations, and organizational society are needed. Second, the concept of tele, an emotional connection line, should be expanded to all elements and areas that make up human society and culture, and the world and the universe.
