연구 목적: 본 연구는 COVID-19가 대학생의 리더십 핵심역량(리더십 코드)과 자기효능감의 관계에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 2020년과 2023년에 서울 소재 K대학에서 교양교과목을 수강하는 수강생들을 대상으로 구글 설문조사를 실시하고 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 통해 연구결과를 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 대학생의 리더십 핵심역량과 자기효능감은 2020년에 비해 조금 감소하였지만 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 대학생의 리더십 핵심역량이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향은 2020년에는 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하였지만 2023년에는 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 리더십 핵심역량과 자기효능감이 학업 성취도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기 위해서 는 안정적인 학습 환경의 제공을 통해 리더십 핵심역량과 자기효능감의 학습전이를 촉진할 것을 제안한다.

This study aims to systematically investigate the impact of COVID-19 on the relationship between leadership core competencies (leadership code) and self-efficacy of college students. The study conducted a Google survey on students taking general education courses at K university in Seoul in 2020 and 2023. The survey results were analyzed using statistical programs SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0. While leadership core competencies and the self-efficacy of college students in 2023 slightly decreased compared to 2020, the difference was not statistically significant. However, the impact of leadership core competencies on self-efficacy was found to have a statistically significant positive effect in 2023. Therefore, providing a stable learning environment is suggested to facilitate the transfer of learning related to leadership core competencies and self-efficacy.
