본 연구는 심리상담자의 성인애착과 작업동맹 간의 관계에서 정서인식명확성과 심리적 소진의 순차적 매개효과를 검증하였다. 전국의 심리상담자 275명을 대상으로 친밀관계경험 척도(ECR-R), 작업동맹 척도(WAI), 정서인식명확성 척도(TMMS), 심리적 소진 척도(MBI)를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS Macro로 분석되었으며, 매개효과와 순차적 매개효과를 차례로 검증하였다. 또한 부트스트래핑 방법을 사용하여 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구변인 간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 심리상담자의 불안정 성인애착은 각각 작업동맹, 정서인식명확성, 심리적 소진과 부적 상관이 나타났다. 정서인식명확성과 작업동맹, 불안정 성인애착과 심리적 소진 간에는 모두 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 연구변인의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과, 심리상담자의 불안정 성인애착과 작업동맹의 관계에서 정서인식명확성의 유의한 부분매개효과가, 그리고 심리적 소진의 유의한 부분 매개효과가 검증되었다. 셋째, 심리상담자의 불안정 성인애착과 작업동맹 사이에서 정서인식명확성과 심리적 소진의 매개효과를 검증된 결과, 순차적 매개효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구는 심리상담자의 불안정 성인애착과 작업동맹의 관계에서 정서인식명확성과 심리적 소진의 순차적 매개효과를 규명하였다. 이를 통해 심리상담자의 작업동맹에 영향을 미치는 요인 및 경로를 탐색했다는 데에 의의가 있다.

This study aims to examine the dual mediating roles of emotional clarity and psychological burnout in the relationship between a counselor’s adult attachment and the working alliance. 275 certified counselors participated in this study, responding to surveys including Experience in Close Relationships-Revised(ECR-R), Working Alliance Inventory (WAI), Trait Meta-Mood Scale(TMMS), Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI). The gathered data underwent analysis using SPSS 25.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro to verify both the mediating and sequential mediating effects. The significance of the mediating effects was further assessed through the bootstrapping. Key findings of this research include significant correlations among the major variables. The study successfully confirmed the mediating effects of emotional clarity and psychological burnout, along with the sequential mediating effect. Consequently, this investigation establishes the sequential mediating influence of emotional clarity and psychological burnout in the association between a counselor’s adult attachment and the working alliance. Furthermore, this study holds significance in its exploration of the factors and pathways influencing a counselor’s working alliance.
