Defects Defects on tunnel lining have been analyzed in many inspection reports and research papers. However, it's not prevail upon feedback to design and construction yet. It is analyzed particular defects, such as crack, rebar exposal, leakage and asphalt pot hole, in 5 operational tunnels by constructed with NATM. Each defects is described with construction condition and analyzed the cause from Precise Inspection for Safety and Diagnosis by KISTEC. The aim of this study is to help making good integrity of tunnel in design and construction.
