본 연구의 목적은 고등학생이 지각하는 부모양육태도와 자기통제력, 비합리적 도박신념 그리고 도박문제의 관계를 살펴보고, 부모양육태도와 도박문제의 관계를 자기통제력과 비합리적 도박신념이 매개하는지 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위하여 강원도 W시에 소재하는 고등학생 312명을 대상으로 부모양육태도, 자기통제력, 비합리적 도박신념, 그리고 도박문제를 측정하기 위한 검사를 실시하였다. 이후 각 변인들간의 상관관계를 분석하기 위해 상관분석과 구조모형과 부트스트랩을 통한 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과 고등학생이 지각하는 부모양육태도는 자기통제력과 비합리적 도박신념 그리고 도박문제를 유의미하게 예측하고 있으며, 자기통제력과 비합리적 도박신념은 부모양육태도와 도박문제의 관계에서 부분 매개효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 고등학생들의 도박문제에 대해 개입할 때, 청소년이 지각하는 부모의 양육태도와 자기통제력 수준, 도박에 대한 신념을 함께 살펴볼 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 제한점 및 추후연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between high school students' perceived parenting attitudes, self-control, irrational gambling beliefs, and gambling problems, and to determine whether self-control and irrational gambling beliefs mediate the relationship between parenting attitudes and gambling problems. For this purpose, a sample of 312 high school students in W-si, Gangwon-do were surveyed to measure parenting attitudes, self-control, irrational gambling beliefs, and gambling problems. To analyze the correlation between the variables, we used correlation analysis, structural model, and bootstrap to test the mediation effect. As a result, it was confirmed that the parental parenting attitude perceived by high school students significantly predicted self-control, irrational gambling beliefs, and gambling problems, and that self-control and irrational gambling beliefs have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between parental parenting attitudes and gambling problems. These results suggest that it is necessary to examine the parenting attitudes, self-control levels, and beliefs about gambling perceived by adolescents when intervening in the gambling problem of high school students. Based on the results of this study, limitations of the study and suggestions for further research were presented.
