연구 목적: 본 연구는 아동작업치료사와 성인작업치료사의 직무만족도 실태와 이직의도를 비교분석하여 작업치료사의 근무환경 개선과 직무만족도 향상을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 함이다. 연구 방법: 2023년 10월 11일부터 2023년 11월 11일까지 전국 소재의 성인 및 아동 작업치료사 115명으로 설문조사하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS 21.0 Mac version을 사용하였다. 연구 내용: 연구 결과 성인 작업치료사에 비해 아동 작업치료사의 직무만족도가 13개 문항 중 12개 문항에서 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이직의도 설문의 전체 문항에서 아동 작업치료사에 비해 성인 작업치료사의 이직의도가 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 따라서 성인 작업치료사의 직무만족도 향상을 위해 직장의 후생복지 제공이 필요하며, 이직의도 감소를 위해 근무환경을 개선하는 노력이 필요하다. 향후에는 다양한 지역의 근무자를 대상으로 대상자를 확대하여 연구를 진행하고, 작업치료사의 특성에 부합하는 직무만족도와 이직의도에 대한 객관적인 측정도구 개발이 요구된다.

The study aims to compare job satisfaction and turnover intention between child and adult occupational therapists, providing foundational data for enhancing the working environment and job satisfaction of all occupational therapists. The study revealed that child occupational therapists reported significantly higher job satisfaction than adult therapists in 12 out of 13 questions, while adult therapists exhibited significantly higher turnover intention across all survey questions compared to child therapists. To enhance job satisfaction among adult occupational therapists, welfare provisions should be increased, while efforts should focus on improving the working environment to mitigate turnover intention.
