본 연구는 지난 20년간의 중국 학계의 양로 분야 연구 흐름을 개괄적으로 살펴보고자 의미연결망분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 중국즈왕(CNKI)에서 초록에 ‘养老(양로)’ and ‘老龄化(고령화)’ 두 단어를 동시에 포함한 중문학술논문 25,666편을 수집하였다. 5년 단위 네 시기로 구분하여 정제과정을 거쳐 각각 2,033개, 5,161개, 10,703개, 12,758개의 키워드를 추출하였다. UCINET 및 TEXTOM 플랫폼을 활용해 텍스트마이닝, 단어 빈도, 네트워크분석, CONCOR 분석을 실시하였다. 시기별 포착된 주요 키워드는 정책과의 연관성에 주목하여 특징을 파악하였다. 분석결과, 이전 시기에 도입된 정책을 토대로 연구가 진행되는 가운데, 해당 시기의 정책도 연구 주제로 부상하는 경향이 발견되었다. 또한 각 시기에 등장한 주요 키워드를 통해 학계의 관심 이동 경로가 정책 도입과 매우 연관성이 깊다는 것을 파악하였다. 최근 시기로 가까울수록 정보기술, 중국 전통의학, 의료보건서비스 등을 통합하는데 관심이 높았다. 특히 과학기술 분야에서 양로 관련 연구가 급증하고 있어 스마트디바이스를 활용한 스마트 양로가 더욱 탄력을 받을 것으로 예상된다.

In order to analyze China’s elderly care research trend, this study, 25,666 Chinese academic papers containing both the keywords ‘elderly care’ and ‘population aging’ in the abstract were extracted from those registered in CNKI. Semantic network analysis is performed based on the collected data. The purpose of this is to provide an overview of the research flow in the field of elderly care in Chinese academia over the past 20 years. It was divided into four periods of 5 years each. After a purification process, 2,033, 5,161, 10,703, and 12,758 keywords were extracted, respectively. Text mining, word frequency, network analysis, and CONCOR analysis were conducted using the UCINET and TEXTOM platforms. The main keywords captured by period were identified by paying attention to the relationship with the policy. As a result of the analysis, research is being conducted based on policies introduced in the previous period. Policies at the time also tended to rapidly emerge as research topics. In addition, through the major keywords that appeared in each period, it was identified that the path of interest in academia is highly related to policy introduction. The closer to the recent period, the higher the interest in integrating information technology, traditional Chinese medicine, and medical health services. In particular, as research related to elderly care is rapidly increasing in the field of science and technology, smart elderly care using smart devices is expected to gain further momentum.
