이 연구는 중국의 성공적인 실경 공연 작품의 비즈니스 모델을 분석함으로써 향후 한·중 양국의 실경공연 발전을 위한 전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Osterwalder & Pigneur(2010)에 의해 고안된 비즈니스 모델 캔버스를 활용해 최근 중국 현지에서 가장 성공적이라고 평가받는 <판타지아·하남>을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 일반적인 실경공연과 달리 <판타지아·하남>의 관객은 지역문화에 관심이 있는 젊은 사람들이 주를 이루었으며, 지역문화를 활용해 공연을 제작하고, 입소문 마케팅 및 홍보를 적극적으로 전개하고 있었다. 또한 수익원으로는 호텔, 문화상품 판매 등 다양한 수익원을 발굴하는 데 주안점을 두고 있었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과가 시사하는 바는 첫째 공연 내용은 전략적으로 그 지역 특유의 문화에 집중해야 하며, 둘째 수익원의 다각화가 필요하고, 셋째, 온·오프라인의 홍보를 강화해야 하며, 마지막으로 그 지역의 현지인의 배우들을 육성하는 노력이 병행돼야 한다. 본 연구가 한국 및 중국 실경공연 시장의 성장에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

This study attempts to analyze the business models of successful Real-Life Scenery Performances in China. and puts forward strategies for the future development of Real Life Scenery Performances in China and South Korea. Therefore, using the business model canvas of Osterwalder & Pigneur(2010), this paper analyzes the example of < Unique Henan >, which was recently rated as the most successful in China. According to the analysis, unlike general Real-Life Scenery Performances, the target of < Unique Henan > was dominated by young people interested in local culture, using local culture to produce performances and actively promote word-of-mouth marketing and promotion. It also focused on discovering various sources of revenue, such as hotels and selling cultural products. The conclusion is that the success of Real-Life Scenery Performances, first of all, from a strategic point of view, the content of the performance should focus on the unique culture of the region. Second, diversification of revenue sources is needed. Third, strengthen online and offline publicity. In addition, local actors in the area should be trained. It is hoped that this research will contribute to the growth of the Real Life Scenery Performances market in Korea and China.
