영화 <다음 소희>는 주인공 소희를 통해 미시적으로는 청소년 노동자의 현장 실습 문제, 거시적으로 보면 신자유주의 시스템 안에서 노동자가 겪는 구조적인 문제를 상정하고 있다. 본 연구는 주인공 소희 캐릭터를 통해 우리 사회의 구조적인 문제가 인간의 삶에 실존적 위협을 가하는 광경을 살펴보고 대안적 실마리를 발견하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 『인간의 조건』 (The Human Condition)에서 아렌트가 제시한 ‘노동’, ‘작업’, ‘행위’라는 개념은 “인간의 조건에서 비롯되어 인간의 조건 자체가 변하지 않는 한 결코 잃어버릴 수 없는 영속적이며 일반적인 인간 능력”이다. 이같은 개념에 기초하여 영화 캐릭터의 ‘현장 실습’, ‘춤추기’, ‘언어적 소통’을 현대적·인문학적 관점으로 재해석함으로써 한국 노동 사회의 단면을 통찰하고자 한다.

< Next Sohee >, through the main character Sohee, assumes the field training problems of youth workers on a microscopic level and the structural problems experienced by workers within the neoliberal system on a macroscopic level. The purpose of this study was to examine how this structural problem poses an existential threat to human life and to discover alternative clues, focusing on the character embodiment of the main character, Sohee. The concepts of 'labor', 'work', and 'action' presented by Arendt in 『The Human Condition』 are "derived from the human condition and are permanent and can never be lost as long as the human condition itself does not change. It is a “general human ability.” Based on this concept, I seek to gain insight into a cross-section of Korean labor society by reinterpreting the ‘field training’, ‘dancing’, and ‘verbal communication’ of movie characters from a modern and humanistic perspective.
