본 연구는 공공기관의 혁신에 있어 지식경영 활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 실증 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과 기관장, 조직문화, 조직구조, 보상체계는 학습 활동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 조직문화, 조직구조, 보상체계, 학습 활동은 지식을 활용하고 확산하는 데 정(+)의 영향으로 나타났다. 지식경영에 있어 학습 활동은 가치 창출에 정(+)의 영향으로 나타나고, 지식의 활용과 확산은 고객 만족과 가치 창출에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 창의적인 혁신으로 공공기관의 성과를 극대화하려는 데 있어 지식경영을 통한 학습 활동을 해법으로 제시하고 공공기관의 효율적인 경영성과를 도출하려는 정책수립에 일조하려는 데 그 의의가 있다.

This study empirically analyzed the impact of knowledge management activities on management performance in the innovation of public institutions. As a result of the study, CEO, organizational culture and structure, compensation system had a positive (+) effect on learning activities. Organizational culture and structure, compensation system, learning activities had a positive (+) effect on using and spreading of knowledge. Learning activities have a positive (+) effect on value creation, and the use and spread of knowledge have a positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction and value creation.
