본 연구는 잡가 교육의 활성화를 위하여 경기 12잡가를 활용한 교수·학습 내용 제안을 목적으로 작성하였다. 이를 위하여 우선 잡가를 활용한 선행연구와 음악교과서의 내용을 점검하여 현재까지 이루어진 잡가 교육의 경향을 파악하면서 부족한 내용을 정리하였다. 이를 근간으로 경기 12잡가의 이론적 배경과 앞으로 적용될 2022 개정 교육과정의 내용을 적용하여 학급별로 지도해야 할 내용을 위계화하고, 학급별로 내용 체계를 다르게 하여 다양한 활동을 통해 경기 12잡가의 가치를 경험하고 인식하도록 교수·학습 내용을 계획하였다. 지도는 제시-적용-활용의 단계에 따라 학습할 수 있도록 했으며 내용은 다음과 같다. 초등학생은 감상을 통해 장단이나 노랫말이 붙는 형태 정도를 탐색하게 하여 음악을 접하도록 한다. 중학생은 시김새 등을 살려 직접 노래를 불러보면서 음악을 풍성하게 하는 법 등을 학습하게 하여 음악을 습득하게 한다. 고등학생은 창작영역에 적용하여 제재곡의 특징을 살려 여러 아이디어를 적용한 나만의 음악 작품을 만들어 보도록 한다. 경기 12잡가는 1900년대 초에 다른 국악 성악곡과 함께 대중들에게 큰 인기를 받았던 우리나라의 전통 성악곡으로 현재까지 전문 연주인들에 의해 불러져 전승되고 있는 우리 민족의 정체성이 담긴 음악이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 교과서에 수록된 잡가 내용은 갈래의 특성을 담지 못하고 있다. 갈래의 개념을 정확하게 이해하고 학급별의 수준에 맞게 단계적으로 음악을 이해시킨다면 우리 전통음악에 대한 견문이 넓어지고 나아가 음악을 활용할 줄 아는 사람으로 성장할 수 있을 것이다.

This study was written with the purpose of suggesting teaching and learning contents using the 12 Japga in order to revitalize Japga education. To this end, we first examined previous studies using Japga and the contents of music textbooks to understand the trends in Japga education to date and organized the missing content. Based on this, the theoretical background of the Gyeonggi 12 Japga and the contents of the 2022 revised curriculum that will be applied in the future are applied to hierarchize the content to be taught by class, and the content system is different for each class to experience the value of the Gyeonggi 12 Japga through various activities made to recognize it. The Teaching planned teaching and learning contents according to the stages of presentation - application - practical use, and the contents are as follows. Elementary school students are exposed to music by exploring the form of rhythm or lyrics through appreciation. Middle school students learn music by learning how to enrich music by singing songs using Sigimsae, etc. High school students are encouraged to apply it to the creative field and create their own musical works using various ideas, taking advantage of the characteristics of the original song. Gyeonggi 12 Japga is a traditional Korean vocal song that was very popular with the public along with other Korean traditional vocal music in the early 1900s. It is music that embodies the identity of our people and is sung and passed down by professional performers to this day. Nevertheless, the contents of the miscellaneous songs included in the textbook do not contain the characteristics of each branch. If you understand the concept of branches and teach music step by step according to the level of each class, you will be able to broaden your knowledge of our traditional music and grow into a person who knows how to use music.
