To investigate the effects of an 8-week muscle-strengthening video program on functional physical strength and blood lipids in elderly women, 25 participants were subjected to pre- and post-examination control group design to measure elderly strength (SFT) and blood lipids. The following results were obtained: First, in functional physical strength of elderly women, factors such as lower limb muscle strength, upper limb muscle strength, whole-body strength, lower limb flexibility, upper limb flexibility, and agility/dynamic equilibrium showed interaction effects, indicating a positive impact in the experimental group compared to the control group. Thus, the 8-week muscle-strengthening video program contributed to enhancing functional physical strength in elderly women. Second, in blood lipids of elderly women, factors such as TG and LDL-C showed interaction effects, with the experimental group exhibiting positive effects compared to the control group. This confirmed the positive effects of the 8-week muscle-strengthening video program on TG and LDL-C in elderly women. it was confirmed that the muscle-strengthening video program could positively affect functional physical strength and blood lipids in elderly women. Furthermore, it is important to remember that regular participation in physical activities, particularly in a home workout format, rather than from the perspective of an exercise instructor, can help maintain and improve the health of elderly women.
