이 연구는 성인 장애인을 대상으로 가족갈등대처방식, 자아존중감, 삶의 만족도 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하는데 목적이 있었다. 2020년 조사된 한국복지패널 15차 자료(한국보건사회 연구원, 서울대학교 사회복지연구소, 2020)를 활용하여 성인기 장애인 281명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석을 위해 SPSS 27.0 프로그램과 AMOS 25.0 프로그램을 사용했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족갈등대처방식은 성인 장애인의 삶의 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족갈등대처방식이 성인 장애인의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 과정에 자아존중감의 부분매개 효과가 확인되었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 성인 장애인의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 주는 시사점과 향후 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

In order to analyze the relationship between coping with family conflict, self esteem, and life satisfaction in adults with disabilities, this study utilized the 15th data of the Korea Welfare Panel surveyed in 2020. The SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 25.0 programs were used for the analysis program. As a result of this analysis, first, coping with family conflict directly affects the life satisfaction of the adult with disabilities. Second, it was confirmed that self esteem has an indirect effect as a parameter on the life satisfaction of adults with disabilities. Based on the above research results, implications for the life satisfaction of adults with disabilities and suggestions for future studies were discussed.
