본 연구는 진로탐색시기에 놓여있는 다문화가정 청소년의 진로결정성이 시간의 흐름에 따라 어떠한 변화양상을 보이는지 살펴보고, 다문화가정 청소년의 성취동기와 부모의 방임이 진로결정성에 미치는 영향력을 잠재성장모형을 통하여 검증함으로써 다문화 청소년 복지의 함의를 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국다문화청소년 패널조사 1기(MAPS 1)에서 4차년에 걸쳐 조사된 6차(중3), 7차(고1), 8차(고2), 9차(고3)의 자료를 AMOS 22.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 다문화가정 청소년의 진로결정성은 시간의 추이에 따라 유의미하게 증가하였다. 둘째, 중학교 3학년 시기의 부모의 방임적 양육행동과 다문화가정 청소년의 성취동기는 진로결정성의 초기값에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 부모방임 수준이 높을수록 다문화가정 청소년의 진로결정성은 낮아지고 다문화가정 청소년의 성취동기가 높을수록 진로결정성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다문화가정 청소년의 성취동기는 진로결정성의 변화율에 영향을 미쳤으며 성취동기가 높을수록 진로결정성의 변화율은 완만하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 다문화가정 청소년의 성취동기와 그들 부모의 청소년 자녀에 대한 방임이 진로탐색시기에 놓여있는 다문화가정 청소년의 진로결정성에 영향을 미치며 학년이 올라갈수록 진로결정성이 변화하는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다문화가정 청소년의 진로결정성과 관련된 학교사회복지의 함의점을 논의하였다.

This study aims to examine how the career decision of multicultural adolescent in the career exploration period changes over time and to explore the school social work implications for multicultural adolescent by examining the influence of achievement motivation and parental neglect on career decision. For the purpose of the study, using a Latent Growth Model analysis, we used data from the 6^th to 9^th waves of the Korean Multicultural Adolescents Panel Survey 1. The results are as follows. First, the career decision of Korean multicultural adolescents increased significantly over time. Second, parental neglect and achievement motivation in multicultural adolescents had a significant effect on the initial value of career decision, and the higher the level of parental neglect, the lower the career decision of adolescents in multicultural families, and the higher the achievement motivation of adolescents in multicultural families, the higher the career decision. Third, the achievement motivation of adolescents in multicultural families affected the rate of change in career decision. And higher achievement motivation led to a modest increase in career decision. This study found that the achievement motivation of Korean multicultural adolescents and parental neglect affected the career decision during the career exploration period, and that the career decision changed as the grade level increased. Based on the findings, we discussed school social work implications related to the career decision of Korean multicultural adolescents.
