This study identifies the types of health promotion programs conducted in senior welfare centers after the COVID-19 pandemic and compares and analyzes health promotion programs before and after the COVID-19 pandemic to improve the health of the elderly. The purpose of the study is to examine the changing patterns of the program. This study limited the research subjects to 49 municipal and district senior welfare centers in the metropolitan area registered with the Seoul Senior Welfare Association and identified the types of programs through content analysis that collected and classified data related to health promotion programs provided by each institution. The results were compared and analyzed with previous research data before COVID-19 to examine the changes in the program before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result of the study, a total of 32 types of health promotion programs in 49 senior welfare centers in Seoul were identified, and as a result of comparing health promotion programs before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, one type based on art dance decreased and the number of functional programs decreased. The types of practical dance for improvement showed an increase.
