이 연구는 남북체육교류 60주년을 맞이하여 체계적 문헌고찰을 통해 남북체육의 연구지형도를 그려내 그간의 성과와 향후 과제를 분석한 글이다. 국내학술정보 4개 기관(RISS, KCI, KISS, DBpia)으로부터 PRISMA 단계별 지침에 따라 국내 학술 논문 255편을 선정했다. 수집된 자료는 연구시기, 연구목적 및 주제, 연구방법, 학문분야로 나누어 살폈다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시기별 추이를 살펴본 결과, 2000년대 이후 양적으로 급격히 팽창하는 양상을 보였다. 둘째, 연구목적 및 주제별 유형을 10개 범주로 분류한 결과, 법·제도·정책 분석 94편(36%), 사적고찰 56편(21%), 비교분석 25편(10%), 담론분석 21편(9%), 실태조사 및 현황분석 16편(7%), 의식조사 및 효과검증 13편(5%), 상징성 및 도구성 12편(5%), 의사결정 요인 및 전략적 선택구조 8편(3%), 체험적 의미탐색 8편(3%), 연구동향 2편(1%)의 순이었다. 셋째, 연구방법별 유형을 4개 범주로 분류한 결과, 문헌연구 208편(81%), 질적연구 25편(10%), 양적연구 12편(5%), 혼합연구 10편(4%)의 순이었다. 넷째, 학문분야별로 분류한 결과, 예술체육학 161편(63%), 사회과학 60편(24%), 복합학 23편(9%), 인문학 10편(3%), 자연과학 1편(1%)의 순이었다. 끝으로 이번 분석에서 다루지 않은 남북무용, 남북민속놀이의 연구동향을 제언으로 남기며 글을 마무리했다.

This research conducted a systematic literature review to analyze the research landscape of Inter-Korean sports on the 60th anniversary of sports exchanges between the Two Koreas. A total of 255 domestic journal papers were selected from four academic information institutions(RISS, KCI, KISS, DBpia) following the PRISMA guidelines. The collected data were categorized into research period, research purpose and topics, research methods, and academic field. The analysis results are as follows: First, examining the trends over time revealed a quantitative expansion trend, especially since the 2000s. Second, classifying research purpose and topics into 10 categories resulted in the following distribution: Legal, Institutional, and Policy analysis (94), Historical Review (56), Comparative Analysis (25), Discourse Analysis (21), Factual Survey (16), Consciousness Surveys (13), Sport as an Instrument for the Negotiation (12), Decision Making Factors and Strategic Choice Structures (8), Meaning of Experience (8), Research Trends (2). Third, classifying research methods into four categories yielded the following distribution: Literature Review (208), Qualitative Research (25), Quantitative Research (12), Mixed Methods Research (10). Fourth, classifying the research by academic field resulted in the following distribution: Arts and Kinesiology (161), Social Sciences (60), Interdisciplinary Studies (23), Humanities (10), Natural Sciences (1). Finally, this paper proposed future tasks, specifically analyzing the research trends in Inter-Korean dance and traditional folk games.
