본 연구에서는 화성시에서 시행한 버스 무상교통정책 설문내용을 활용하여 심층적인 요인분석을 시행하고자 한다. 설문응답자의 개인 및 생활권역의 특성을 구분한 위계적 로지스틱 모형을 개발하여 만족도 영향요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 상위수준(지역적 특성)의 세대수, 버스정류장 개수, 지하철 영향권, 시외/좌석/광역버스 노선 수, 타 시군과 인접이 변수에 포함 되었고, 하위수준(개인적특성)의 성별, 주 이용수단, 자가용 소유 여부, 가구 월 소득, 경제활동 여부, 정책 인지 여부, 혜택금액, 정책 대상 여부, 정책의 필요이유가 변수에 포함 되었다. 끝으로 본 연구의 분석결과를 통하여 현 정책의 문제점 및 본 연구의 한계점을 파악하여 추후 연구의 방향을 제시하고, 추후 무상교통정책 만족도 및 참여율을 높이고자 한다.

This study conducted an in-depth factor analysis using the contents of the free bus transportation policy questionnaire conducted by Hwaseong-si. For the analysis method, the factors influencing satisfaction were analyzed by developing a hierarchical logistic model that distinguishes individual characteristics and the living area of the respondents. The analysis included the high-level number of generations, number of bus stops, subway areas of influence, number of bus lines, and proximity to other cities in the variables. Low-level gender, main-use transportation, vehicle ownership status, and monthly household income were also included. Finally, from the analysis results of this study, the problems of the current policy and the limitations of this study are identified to indicate the direction of future research and increase the satisfaction and participation rate of the free public transportation policy.
