본 연구는 공연예술 분야 중 뮤지컬 분야의 발달장애인 직무를 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 발달장애인을 배우로 고용하는 있는 극단의 운영관계자와 발달장애인을 대상으로 개별 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 문헌고찰을 통해 뮤지컬 분야 발달장애인의 직무를 자격요건, 근무조건과 근무환경, 직무기능, 직무평가 영역으로 나눠서 조사하였다. 성별, 연령, 학력보다는 뮤지컬 관련 발달장애인의 이전 경험 또는 공연을 이해하는 정도를 고려하였으며, 극단의 상황에 따라 계약직 또는 정규직 형태로 발달장애인을 채용하였다. 발달장애인의 주요 직무는 공연으로 이들에게 필요한 직무기능은 공연에 대한 기본적인 이해가 가능한 인지 능력, 동작 수행이 가능한 신체적 기능과 상태, 밝은 에너지와 협력적 상호작용 기능 등이었다. 근무일지 등으로 근태관리를 하고 있었으나, 명확한 평가체계는 부재하였다. 본 연구는 공연현장에서 요구하는 뮤지컬 분야 발달장애인의 실질적인 직무를 파악하였다는 점에서 의미가 있었다.

This study was conducted to identify the job of people with disabilities(PDD) in the musical theatre among the performing arts field. To this end, individual in-depth interviews were conducted with managers of the theater company employing the PDD as actors and the PDD to identify specific jobs. Through literature review, we conducted the interviews on the assigned duties of PDD in the musical theatre, divided into qualification requirements, working conditions and environment, job functions, and job evaluation. It was revealed that rather than gender, age, and education level, PDD's previous experience in the musical theatre or their understanding of the performance was considered, and PDD were hired in the form of fixed-term contracts or regular workers depending on the situation of the theater company. The main job of the PDD was performance, and the job functions necessary for them were cognitive ability to understand the basic performance, physical function and state capable of performing movements, and bright energy and cooperative interaction functions. Absence management was performed through work logbooks, but there was no clear evaluation system. This study was meaningful in that it identified the actual jobs of the PDD in the musical field required by the performance site.
