멘토링은 멘토링은 개인의 발전을 위해 멘토가 수행하는 지원과 피드백 활동으로 교육, 비즈니스 등 다양한 분야에서 중요한 교육 훈련 수단으로 인식되며 이에 대한 관심과 연구가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2000년 이후의 멘토링 관련 논문을 수집하여 키워드 네트워크를 구성하고 분석을 수행하여 멘토링 분야의 연구 동향을 파악하고 미래 연구 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 멘토링 관련 연구가 감소세를 보이고는 있지만 적용 분야가 확장되고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 2010년을 기준으로 이전과 이후의 주요 키워드 변화 패턴을 발견하여 연구 동향 파악에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 그리고 구성된 네트워크에 대한 중심성 분석을 수행하여 주요 키워드의 패턴을 탐색하여 현재의 연구 동향과 함께 향후 멘토링 관련 다학제 융합 연구의 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

Mentoring is an important way to teach and train people in many areas, like education and business. It’s about mentors helping and giving feedback for personal growth of mentee. This study looks at researches on mentoring since 2000. We use a keyword network to find out trends in mentoring research and to suggest future study directions. The study noticed that while there’s less research on mentoring now, it’s being used in more areas. It also looks at the main keywords used before and after 2010. The study helps understand current trends in mentoring and offers ideas for future research that combines different subjects.
