연구 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 근로미약자에 대한 자활사업 분야 현장 및 학계 전문가의 인식을 분석하여 유형화하고 이것이 자활사업 현장에 지닌 실천적, 정책적 함의를 제시하는 것이다. 연구 방법: 연구 자료는 한국자활복지개발원이 발주하여 박지영 외(2021)가 「근로미약자를 위한 자활사례관리 발전 방향 연구」에서 수행한 초점 집단인터뷰 녹취록 중 일부이며, 연구 방법으로는 Glä̈ser & Laudel(2012)의 질적 내용분석을 활용하였다. 연구 내용: 연구 내용으로 자활사업 분야 현장 및 학계 전문가의 근로미약자에 대한 인식을 ‘결과 중시 유형(제1유형)’, ‘개인적 요인 중시 유형(제2유형)’, ‘환경적 요인 중시 유형(제3유형)’으로 분석하여 제시하였다. 결론 및 제언: 유형화 연구의 결과로 세 가지 유형을 제시하고 이를 바탕으로 하여 전문 서비스 연계 및 의뢰 시스템 구축, 지역사회 네트워크 강화, 자활센터 일자리의 다양화, 성과금 지급방식의 개선 등을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and categorize the perceptions of field and academic experts in the field of self-sufficiency projects for the weak worker, and to present practical and policy implications for self-sufficiency projects. The research material is part of the transcript of the focus group interview conducted by Park et al. (2021) in the “A study on the development of case management for the weak worker in self-sufficiency projects” using the qualitative content analysis method of Glä̈ser & Laudel (2012). As a research content, the types of perception of the weak worker by field and academic experts in the field of self-sufficiency projects were derives as 'result-oriented type (Type 1)’, ‘personal factor-oriented type (Type 2)’, and ‘environmental factor-oriented type (Type 3)’.In the conclusions and suggestions, three types were presented as a result of the typology research, and based on these, professional service linkages and request system establishment, community network reinforcement, self-sufficiency center job diversification, and incentive payment methods were proposed.
