본 연구는 자아개념에 기반 한 리더십 프로그램을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 선행연구와 문헌분석을 통해 자아개념의 구성개념을 정의하고 리더십과의 관련성을 분석하고 프로그램의 내용요소를 도출하고 자기탐색, 자기수용, 자기목표, 자기지원, 자기실천의 5단계의 구조화된 모듈을 설계하였다. 본 연구의 한계는 학습자 집단의 특수성이 고려되지 않은 것과 효과성 검증이 포함되지 않은 점이다. 이러한 한계에도 불구하고 자아개념과 리더십의 관련성 탐색을 통해 리더십 프로그램을 구조화하고 모듈화 하였다는데 의의가 있다. 본 연구를 통해 학습자 맞춤형 리더십 프로그램의 기초가 되길 기대한다.

This study aims to develop a leadership program based on self-concept. It analyzes prior research and literature to define self-concept components and examine their relationship with leadership. The derived content elements lead to a structured module with five stages: self-exploration, self-acceptance, self-goal setting, self-support, and self-implementation. However, the study has limitations in not considering learner group characteristics and lacking program effectiveness verification. Nonetheless, it contributes by exploring the self-concept and leadership relationship and developing a structured modular leadership program, serving as a foundation for customized leadership program development.
