본 논문은 초등학교 3∼6학년 학생들의 요구와 선호도를 분석하여 초등학교 교사들의 정보교과 교수 전문성을 측정하기 위한 검사도구 개발을 목적으로 한다. 검사도구는 기존 문헌, 선행 연구 및 전문가 검증을 기반으로 개발되었으며 교육 내용, 교육 방법, 평가, 관계 및 개선 노력의 5가지 요소로 구분하였다. 각 요소의 중요도를 평가하기 위해 초등학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했습니다. 그 결과 학생들은 관계 전문성, 교육방법 전문성, 개선 노력, 교육내용 전문성, 평가 전문성 순으로 순위를 매겼다. 이 연구는 학생들이 선호하는 수업전문성에 대한 통찰력을 제공하고 수업전문성 향상을 위한 교사의 열정과 지속적인 자발적 노력을 장려하는 학교 분위기의 필요성을 강조합니다.

This study aims to develop a test tool for measuring the information subject teaching expertise of elementary school teachers by analyzing the demands and preferences of 3rd to 6th grade students. The test tool was developed based on existing literature, previous research, and expert validation, and was divided into five factors: education content, education method, evaluation, relationship, and improvement effort. A survey was conducted with elementary school students to assess the importance of each factor. Results show that students ranked relational expertise, education method expertise, improvement efforts, educational content expertise, and evaluation expertise in order of importance. The study provides insights into the teaching expertise preferred by students and highlights the need for a school atmosphere that fosters teacher passion and continuous voluntary efforts to improve teaching expertise.
