It was very important for studying chosun economy pacific war time that analyzing about Production Expansion Plan started in 1939. This plan carried out two times during china-japan and Pacific wartime. '2nd Production Expansion Plan' of Chosun was starting on early Pacific wartime(1942). Japan imperialism aimed for extracting crucial resource such as Iron, ship, coal, plane in chosun by this plan. There were large difference between 1st and 2nd plan. 1st plan aimed for extracting substitutional material and alternation goods such as man-made fiber, man-made oil. This 2nd Plan came to an end in failure. There was large gap between plan and practice. Quite apart from this gap, The Japanese did not have control Co-prosperity Sphere and Yen-Black economic policy, while it extracted man-resource and nature resource from Chosun. Specially this plan began to crumble in the 3rd quarter of 1943. Because the economic relations inside yen Black were getting out of order. At last Japanese shipping capabilities were almost destructed in the fall of 1944. During that plan period(1942~1945) Japanese economic and material capabilities as well as chosun were severely overextended. But this plan severely disrupted the lives of colonized Chosun people. Chosun industry production very increased. But un-military use industry was consolidated by Japanese monopoly capital, a few korean capitalist invaded China Economy with japanese financial clique, this korean capitalist assisted Japanese invasion on China.
