Korean Anarchists of the beginning had accepted anarchist idea as the leading doctrine of national liberation, and the means of resistance against Japanese imperialism. Then anarchism had the important effect upon social resistant movement. In 1920’s The famous Russian Anarchist Peter Kropotkin Idea had taken a center of the Anarchist Ideology. His idea had accepted mainly by means of Korean students residing in Japan. Anarchist federalism stems not only from a general belief in local autonomy but also (torn acute distrust of new nationalism. Anarchists argues that many nationalism movements aspiring to create new nation states are based on the historical claims of old kingdoms or empires, and so embody a desire towards nationalist domination. They were to maintain the principle of confederation by retaining more power at the local and intermediary levels than is delegated to the center. Anarchist forerunner, Proudhon argued that Anarchy or self-government is to be achieved through the principles of federalism and decentralism. His treatment of federalism represents one of his most important contributions to anarchist : theory, and has become particularly relevant today as empires break up and nations forge new alliances. Bakunin was a nationalist before becoming an anarchist. He tended to harbour nationalist prejudices, celebrating the freedom-loving and spontaneous slave and condemning the militaristic German. Bakunin s early support for polish nationalism and Panslavism was nativated by a desire to break up the russian empire and to set its colonized peoples free. Anarchist federation is based on the theory or ‘mutual Aid’. Kropotkin argued that to understand the State one must understand its historical origins and development. This historical analysis also reveals how the state differs from society.
