This paper has analyzed not only the political suppression on socialism press of Joseon governorate in 1920's but news trends of Soviet Russia revealed governorate's press and private speech.
First, Press policy on socialism press of Joseon governorate in 1920's was suppressed. However private speeches, for example "GaeBeyck", "DongA IlBo", "Joseon IlBo" and so on, seemed to appear fairly affirmative attitude on political conditions of Russia or social situation of Koreans in Russia.
Second, "DongA IlBo" and "GaeBeyck" had look over the political conditions Russia stable after Lenin's death. Especially "DongA IlBo" reported frequently trends of Korean young men's associations connected to an anniversary of Lenin's death. Therefore I think that Koreans might have affirmative cognition on Russia ultimately.
Third, Privet speeches reports of Korea have assumed very affirmative viewpoints on Koreans in Russia. "DongA IlBo" repored that Russia related to powers of Korean Independence Movements. But Joseon governorate speech, that is "MaeIl SinBo", reported opposite attitudes.
Fourth, "MaeIl SinBo" report on Russia included negative thinking. It reported mainly Russia's famine, political unrest and so on. In short, I think that obvious differences of Korea's press reports have impacted upon Korean's thinking on Russia.
