하나의 공간에 비슷한 유형의 시설이 다른 용어로 사용됨으로 인해서 혼란을 야기함에 따라 이를 하나의 용어로 사용하는 방안을 유원지와 관광지를 중심으로 제시하고자 함. 본 문제점의 해결 방안은 장기적인 방향과 단기적인 방향으로 나누어서 제시하였음. 장기적인 방향에서는 관광지 지정 조성계획을 국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률로 통합하고, 관광지를 관리하고 있는 관광진흥법은 관광진흥에 집중할 수 있는 방향으로 법제 정리가 필요함. 단기적인 방향으로는 1안 관광지로 통합하는 방안, 2안 유원지로 통합하는 방안, 3안 유원지는 도시공원 내 주제공원으로 조정하고 관광지는 도시계획으로 시설결정 할 수 있는 방안이 있음. 이상과 같은 방안으로 정리가 된다면 명칭 불일치에 대한 문제점을 해소할 수 있을 것임.

We are confused that terms of similar facilities in the same place are used for the other purposes. So this paper proposes solution which only one term is used about the amusement park and tourist attraction. In this paper, there are two solutions of long-term and short-term method. Firstly, in the long-term point of view, the development plan of tourist attraction is unified through 「The National Land Planning & Utilization Law」, and 「The Tourism Promotion Law」, which controls the development plan of tourism, should need to be revised in the direction of concentration at the promotion of tourism. Secondly, in the short-term point of view, there are three kinds of solutions. - method of integration by the tourist attraction or amusement park, and final method is that the amusement park is changed to the theme park of city park, and the tourist attraction is decided to be a urban planning facility. Finally, if these solutions are applied, the problem of inconsistency in term of facilities is resolved.
