본 고에서는 4차 산업혁명 시대, 뉴노멀 환경에서 한국의 기독교교육 현장이 새로운 변화를 받아들이고 적응하여 사람과 조직과 자원을 다층적 상호작용으로 연결할 수 있는 새로운 플랫폼으로서 역할을 담당할 수 있을 것인가를 검토하고, 이를 위한 기독교교육의 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 4차 산업혁명 시대, 뉴노멀 환경에 놓인 아동 청소년들을 이해하고 그들의 특성(디지털 네이티브 Z세대)에 적용할 수 있는 기독교교육을 제안하였다. 뉴노멀 시대에 기독교교육의 과제는 기독교인 학부모(가정)에게 적극적으로 기독교 세계관을 갖추도록 교육하는 것이다. 교회와 가정이 연합하여 부모(가정)가 기독교적 자녀교육관을 지니고 이를 실천할 때 기독교교육의 목적이 달성될 수 있다. 기독교 세계관으로 신앙과 삶이 연결되도록 지원하는 기독교교육으로 기독교 대안학교를 제안하였다. 이는 가정과 교회, 학교가 일관성 있게 기독교교육을 함께하는 방향이 될 것이다.

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the study endeavor to find direction for Christian education. The Korean Christian education field can play a role as a new platform that can connect people, organizations and resources through multi-layered interactions by accepting and adapting to new changes in a “new normal” environment. Christian education should be a system that understands the characteristics of Generation Z, children and adolescents in the new normal environment who are digital natives, and utilizes them. The task of Christian education in a “new normal” is to educate Christian parents(family) to actively acquire a Christian worldview. The purpose of Christian education can be achieved when the church and family are united and parents(family) have a Christian view of children's education and practice it in their lives. This study propose a Christian alternative school that supports the connection of faith and life through a Christian worldview. This proposal will be the direction in which families, churches and schools can consistently share a Christian education.
