Tubal pseudocarcinomatous epithelial hyperplasia is difficult to distinguished from tubal cancer, tuberculosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, hydrosalpinx, and even perforated appendicitis. We are reporting 4 cases of pseudocarcinomatous epithelial hyperplasia who referred to our hospital with various complaints. All of these patients became final diagnosis after pathologic confirmed. It is difficult to predict pseudocarcinomatous epithelial hyperplasia before surgery, but it is necessary to differentiate it from cancer to prevent unnecessary extensive surgery.
