The purpose of this study is to present a teaching plan for multiple phonological rules which is being neglected in the current Korean language education. In the teaching plan, the most important thing is the construction of education contents, and according to the proficiency level of learners, the appropriate education contents are different. Therefore, in this paper the selection and presentation order of multiple phonological rules education contents for beginning-level learners were studied. In this study, understanding is set as the goal of the multiple phonological rules education for beginning-level learners rather than using. After that the selection principles of education contents are proposed, and then 9 types are selected as education contents. Moreover principles of setting the presentation order are proposed, and then the presentation order of the 9 types was be determined. Furthermore it was suggested that the 9 types of multiple phonological rules should be educated in the second half of the level-2 and educated repeatedly through intermediate or higher course when the educational goal is using.
