본 연구에서는 놀이치료자의 자기효능감과 역전이 관리능력의 관계에서 수퍼비전 관계의 조절효과에 대해 규명하였다. 이를 위해 수퍼비전 경험이 3회 이상이며, 사설 아동상담센터 등에서 현재 근무하고 있는 놀이치료자 145명을 대상으로 하여 자기효능감 척도(COSE)와 수퍼비전 관계 척도(K-S-SRQ), 역전이 관리능력 척도(CFI)를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석에는 SPSS 26.0 통계프로그램을 사용하였으며, 본 연구의 결과를 요약한 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 놀이치료자의 주요 변인들 간의 상관관계를 확인하기 위해 분석을 실시한 결과, 변인들 간에 정적 상관관계가 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 놀이치료자의 자기효능감과 역전이 관리능력 간의 관계에서 수퍼비전 관계의 하위요인별(안전기반, 성찰적 교육, 구조화) 조절효과를 검증하기 위하여 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과로, 수퍼비전 관계의 하위요인에서 안전기반과 성찰적 교육의 조절효과가 유의하였다. 이와 같이 본 연구에서는 놀이치료자의 자기효능감과 역전이 관리능력간의 관계에서 수퍼비전 관계의 조절효과를 규명함으로써, 놀이치료자가 역전이를 관리하는 능력에 있어 수퍼비전 관계의 정서적 측면과 함께 전문적이며 교육적인 요소를 포함한 체계적인 수퍼비전을 제공하는 것이 효과적일 수 있다는 점을 제시하였다.

This study examined the moderating effects of the supervisory relationship between self-efficacy and countertransference management abilities of play therapists. The subjects of this study were 145 therapists who had at least three supervisory experiences and were currently working in child counseling centers in Korea. The SPSS 26.0 statistical program was used to analyze the data, and the results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the correlations among self-efficacy, the supervisory relationship (safe base, reflective education, structure) and the countertransference management ablities of play therapists all showed significant and positive correlation to each other. Second, among the sub-factors of the supervisory relationship, (safe base, reflective education), these showed a significant moderating effect between the self-efficacy and countertransference management abilities of the play therapists who took part in the study. In conclusion, by identifying the moderating effects of the supervisory relationship between the self-efficacy and countertransference management abilities of play therapists, this study suggests that providing more systematic supervision that includes professional and educational components along with emotional aspects of the supervisory relationship may be effective in helping play therapists manage countertransference.
