The purpose of this article is to present the experience of the online Korean language course run by Ca' Foscari University of Venice over the past four years and to contribute to the recent discussion about exploring the direction of the school that can adapt to increasingly diverse learning environments in an age of technological innovation. In addition, in a country like Italy where many students want to learn Korean but have few places to learn, online Korean lessons have proven to be very effective. To prepare for the continuous and rapid increase in demand for Korean language classes and to absorb the increasingly diverse types of students, instructors who teach live online classes should develop new classroom content suitable for smooth interaction with students trying to acquire the ability to use information and communication technologies necessary for education. Also, in preparation for the increasing number of online courses in the future, it is necessary to develop the qualitative aspect of the lessons by carefully analyzing the factors influencing the learning outcomes in a non-presence educational environment.
