연구 목적: 명리학의 이론과 MBTI의 성격심리에 관한 연관성을 분석 고찰하는 것이다. 연구 방법: 명리상담자 50명을 표본 대상으로 참여자의 출생 연월일시를 기초로 하여 명리학의 이론내용 중 음양의 성질, 간지순서, 계절의 음양을 5개 항목에 적용한다. 연구 내용: 명리학의 주요 이론의 내용 중 사주팔자의 일간, 천간지지, 오행, 월지, 격국 등 5개 항목의 음양 비율과 점수를 외향성과 내향성으로 구분하여 MBTI의 외향성과 내향성에 초점을 맞추어 비교 분석하였다. 결론 및 제언: 명리학의 이론과 MBTI의 성격심리의 연관성을 분석한 결과, 사주팔자 5개 항목의 음양 비율 세력에 따라 외향성과 내향성을 구분하는데 유의미한 분석 결과를 검증하게 되었다. 이는 향후 명리학의 음양 이론과 MBTI의 여러 지표들과의 연관성 고찰과 성격심리 연구를 제시하는데 그 의미가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and consider the association between the theory of Myeongrihak and the personality psychology of MBTI. Based on the participants’ birth year, month, date and time with a sample of 50 Myeongri counselors, the nature of Eumyang, the sequence of Ganji, and the Eumyang of seasons among the theoretical contents of Myeongrihak are applied to five items.We focused on, compared, and analyzed the extroversion and introversion of MBTI by dividing the Eumyang ratios and scores of five items such as the Ilgan, CheonGanjiji, Oheng, Wolji, and Gyeokguk of the Sajupalja among the main theoretical contents of Myeongrihak into extroversion and introversion. As a result of analysis of the association between the theory of Myeongrihak and the personality psychology of MBTI, the significant analysis results were verified in distinguishing between extroversion and introversion according to the Eumyang ratio forces of the five items of Sajupalja. This is meaningful in considering the association between the Eumyang theory of Myeongrihak and various indicators of MBTI in the future and suggesting personality psychology research.
