연구 목적: 본 연구는 PBL적용 교과목을 중심으로 항공서비스전공 대학생의 핵심역량이 학업적 자기효능감, 학습성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 연구 방법: 총 197명을 대상으로 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 활용하여 분석을 하였다. 연구 내용: 본 연구는 첫째, 핵심역량이 학업적 자기효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 둘째, 학업적 자기효능감이 학습성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 결론 및 제언: 핵심역량 중 고차적 사고와 정보기술활용능력은 학업적 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향력이 있으며, 학업적 자기효능감은 학습성과에 정(+)의 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 학생들의 핵심역량을 강화시키기 위해서는 다양한 교수학습 방법의 구현이 필요하다.

This study aims to analyze the impacts of the core competencies of college students majoring in aviation services on learning self-efficacy (LSE) and learning performance (LP), focusing on the subjects applying PBL. Conducted a structural equation on the data of a total of 197 responses by using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. it was found that high-level thought and information technology ability had a (+) on LSE and LSE had a (+) on LP. it is necessary to develop various teaching-learning strategies so that after graduation, the students can perform their jobs efficiently and cultivate the competency to flexibly cope with various unpredictable problems.
